Amos Espinosa is a PhD student in the Experimental Pathology (ExPath) Graduate Program and a Medical Research Scholar. He obtained his B.A. in Integrative Biology – emphasis in Human Biology and Health Sciences from UC Berkeley in 2019. He then worked as a Junior Specialist in the lab of Dr. Michelle Arkin at UCSF in collaboration with the ATOM Consortium to develop and optimize high-throughput screening assays to quantify drug-induced liver injury in the context of early-stage drug discovery. Amos started his PhD studies at Yale in the MMPP track of the BBS program in Fall 2021 and joined the Krause Lab in Spring 2022.
